All PowerFlo pumps share the same back (mechanical) end to help with ease of order and replacing parts.
Both the pinion assembly and main shaft run on individually replaceable bearings to speed maintenance and reduce costs.
Each pump has a specific Head (water end). If you are not sure which model you have, please measure the bore. This is the brass liner that the cup move backwards and frontward in.
The PowerFlo A
· 70mm (2 ¾”) bore
· designed to pump water at flow rates of 2500 litres per hour (550 gallons per hour)
· maximum vertical head of 76m (250ft or 105psi).
· requires a 1.5HP (1.1kW) 1450 rpm electric motor
The PowerFlo B
· 76mm (3”) bore
· designed to pump water at flow rates of 3420 litres per hour (750 gallons per hour)
· maximum vertical head of 76m (250ft or 105psi).
· requires a 2HP (1.5kW) 1450 rpm electric motor
The PowerFlo C
· 83mm (3 ¼”) bore
· designed to pump water at flow rates of 4550 litres per hour (1000 gallons per hour)
· maximum vertical head of 76m (250ft or 105psi).
· please note that the Model C pump has a different Gland Plate to the A, B, and AHR. When ordering please use the code 40216 for this pump.

The PowerFlo AHR
· 51mm (2”) bore
· designed to pump water at flow rates of 1320 litres per hour (300 gallons per hour)
· maximum vertical head of 150m (500ft or 215psi).
· requires a 2HP (1.5kW) 1450 rpm electric motor
Please note that the maximum suction is 25ft (7.6m).
Please use SAE 30 oil in the mechanical end.
